Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems for payment processing.
- Implement secure and efficient APIs and microservices to support front-end applications.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability of all payment solutions.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design discussions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backend Development Engineer, ideally in the financial services or payment industry.
- Strong proficiency in relevant backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, data encryption, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile and fast-paced development environment.
