Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services for payment processing.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement and integrate various APIs for diverse payment functionalities and third-party services.
- Ensure the security and reliability of all backend systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backend Development Engineer in a mid-senior role.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
