Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs for financial platforms.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of critical backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement and manage database solutions and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of banking, regulatory compliance, or fintech domains is highly desirable.
