Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation for all baked items.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized baking station.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar culinary role.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Creative and passionate about baking and culinary arts.
