Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily banking operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and maintain operational procedures in line with banking standards and client requirements.
- Manage customer inquiries and escalations related to banking services, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and optimize service delivery for banking operations.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and provide insights for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in banking operations or a similar BPO environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in relevant banking software and operational tools.
