Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and display cases.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate customers on menu items and daily specials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role, preferably 2 years+.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for coffee and creating positive guest experiences.
