Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to guests.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent beverage preparation and presentation.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar food and beverage service role.
- Knowledge of various coffee-making techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality beverages.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
