Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment efficiently.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting any shortages.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
