Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Interact positively with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, and glassware.
• Adhere to all food and beverage safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barman or in a similar beverage service role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
