Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold IHG’s brand standards for quality and guest service at all times.
Requirements
