Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering prompt assistance with luggage.
- Safely and efficiently transport guest luggage to and from their rooms.
- Provide guests with helpful information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and other inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
