Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room amenities.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure prompt service.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and bell desk area.
- Offer assistance with transportation arrangements and local information.
