Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief overview of hotel facilities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with luggage during check-out and ensure a positive departure experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
• Provide information about local attractions and services.
