Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage and belongings.
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to arriving guests.
- Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with hotel services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms as needed.
