Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage benefits programs specifically tailored for the LATAM region.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits mandates across various LATAM countries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless benefits solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and support on benefits-related inquiries to clients and employees.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and expansion of Remote’s global benefits offerings.
• Develop and maintain documentation for benefits processes and policies relevant to LATAM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in benefits administration or HR solutions, with a focus on Latin America.
• In-depth knowledge of LATAM employment regulations, social security, and benefits practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes.
