Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor financial portfolio processing tasks with precision.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk guidelines.
  • Manage daily operational workflows, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate effectively with front office, IT, and other support functions to optimize service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, records, and documentation.
  • Actively contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services operations, portfolio processing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in German and English is required; knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
  • Solid understanding of financial products, markets, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
