Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of beverage operations across the resort’s various outlets.
- Develop and implement creative beverage menus, cocktail programs, and wine lists.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control for all beverage products.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback to continuously improve beverage offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or integrated resort.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
