Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all reporting tools.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, with strong proficiency in Power BI development and administration.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, and SQL.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and visualizations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in the healthcare or senior care sector is a plus.
