Key Responsibilities
- Process drayage invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues with clients and carriers.

- Maintain comprehensive billing records and generate financial reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and industry regulations.
- Utilize accounting software and systems for efficient billing operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry with drayage knowledge.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
