Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM execution plans and standards across projects.
- Manage and oversee BIM modeling, coordination, and data management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
- Ensure BIM models adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and quality control procedures.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams through integrated BIM workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in BIM management within the construction industry.
- Expert proficiency in leading BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of international BIM standards, protocols, and workflows (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
