Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and on time.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support audit preparations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to optimize financial processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role (5+ years preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
