Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-year-end closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is an advantage for communication with local stakeholders.
