Job Overview
Deloitte is seeking a BPS Consultant to join their team in Sarajevo, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing client business processes, developing innovative solutions, and supporting the delivery of consulting engagements. You will work with diverse clients to drive progress and help them achieve leadership in their chosen markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate, and optimize client business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of engagements.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in business process consulting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business process consulting, advisory, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Proficiency in relevant consulting tools and methodologies is a plus.
