Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Drive business development initiatives and expand market share in the Oman region.
• Oversee testing, certification, auditing, and advisory service delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage financial performance of the branch, including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, preferably within a TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
