Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of BSA/AML compliance programs.
- Conduct due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews for client accounts.
- Investigate suspicious activities and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and optimize compliance controls and processes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation for all compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance within financial services.
- Strong understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and FinCEN guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a dynamic compliance team.
- Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
