Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of BSA/AML compliance programs.
  • Conduct due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews for client accounts.
  • Investigate suspicious activities and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and optimize compliance controls and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation for all compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and FinCEN guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a dynamic compliance team.
  • Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
