Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for Ericsson’s Business Support Systems (BSS) platforms.
  • Perform incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for BSS issues.
  • Conduct system monitoring, maintenance, and ensure high availability of BSS applications.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support and other technical teams for efficient issue escalation and resolution.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by documenting solutions, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of new BSS features and system upgrades.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in BSS operations and Level 2 technical support within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of BSS architecture, functionalities, and relevant technologies (e.g., charging, billing, CRM).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and systems used for BSS management and monitoring.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team in a fast-paced environment.
