Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and external donors.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Save the Children’s financial policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Support audit preparations and respond to financial inquiries from various departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Strictly for Ukraine Nationals only.
- Bachelors-degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or financial management, preferably within an NGO setting.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
