Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and forecasts for various programs and projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and external donor regulations.
• Provide financial support and guidance to project managers for effective budget monitoring and control.
• Develop and implement robust financial controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure transparency.
• Collaborate closely with country, regional, and global finance teams on reporting cycles and financial planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis, preferably within an NGO environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be a Ukrainian National, as this position is specifically for local applicants.
