Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and guest rooms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure all building systems comply with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Building Technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
