    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
    • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
    • Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define optimal solutions.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed changes and new features.
    • Support user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users and client teams.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services or consulting environment.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
    • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in business solutions is a plus.
