Key Responsibilities

• Support the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to successful deployment.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT services or consulting.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
