Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Inception’s AI solutions meet the operational and strategic needs of our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, client-focused problem-solving abilities, and expertise in understanding and translating client requirements into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. Working closely with customer success and delivery teams, you will support the Director – Customer Success in optimizing solution delivery, enhancing client satisfaction, and improving overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with their strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to translate client needs into technical requirements, workflows, and specifications for development and delivery teams.
- Analyze client and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the delivery organization, proposing and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between client-facing and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on client requirements and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in business analysis is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within a delivery-focused or technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of translating client requirements into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
