Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements for insurance software solutions.

- Provide comprehensive support for user training and develop relevant documentation.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance or software development industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging business and technical teams.
- Ability to understand and document complex systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
