Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements for insurance software solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and stakeholder teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the integration of external systems and specialized calculation modules.
• Provide comprehensive support for user training and develop relevant documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and system optimization to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance or software development industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging business and technical teams.
• Ability to understand and document complex systems and workflows.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
