Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making and project evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among project participants.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
