Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the rollout of new systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of business banking products, services, and operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
