Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) clients.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute significantly to the bank’s revenue objectives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in SME banking.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business banking or relationship management, with a focus on SMEs.
  • Solid understanding of retail banking products, financial services, and credit assessment.
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed performance and sales targets.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred for effective client communication.
