Stonefort is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong client book, experience in financial markets, a proven track record and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into active trading clients.
- Achieve set KPIs and targets; set out on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.
- Work internally with relevant departments in order provide best onboarding experience.
- Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets equivalents.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management.
- Fluency in English.
- Hands on experience in using CRM systems, trading platforms (CRM,MT4,MT5), and lead management tools.
