Key Responsibilities
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research, identify, and target new potential clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the mortgage business within a competitive market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, financial institutions, and other key partners.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Attend industry events, network with potential clients, and generate leads through various channels (online, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the underwriting, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and delivery of excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex business problems.
