Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new client accounts across various media platforms.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative and effective media solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the media industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the New Zealand media landscape and advertising trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
