Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Qashio’s customer base in the UAE.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present Qashio’s spend management solutions, corporate cards, and accounts payable automation to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business development strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in Fintech or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of spend management, corporate cards, accounts payable, or related financial technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and close deals effectively.
- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and business development goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
