Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets within the Angolan market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts for Dahua’s AIoT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Present and demonstrate Dahua’s innovative solutions to potential clients, tailoring proposals to their specific needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the IT, security, or AIoT sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently meet ambitious targets.
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel within Luanda Province and potentially other regions of Angola as required.
