Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beauty, wellness, and self-care sector in the Copenhagen region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Fresha’s market presence and user base.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, salons, spas, and wellness businesses.
  • Drive the adoption of Fresha’s comprehensive platform, demonstrating its value proposition to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed challenging sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within software (SaaS), technology, or the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace platforms and digital business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Danish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a dynamic, international team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A passion for technology and a deep interest in the beauty, wellness, and self-care industry.
