Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, sales forecasts, and performance reports.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development or strategic sales, preferably within the electrical or electronics manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the Nordic market dynamics and customer base.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse, international team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Nordic region.
