Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business development targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Arabic-speaking markets and clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships in the UAE.
- Present and promote Terracotta’s EOR, outsourced payroll, PRO, and business setup services.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new potential leads.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably within the HR, outsourcing, or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and EOR services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
