Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the Swiss legal market.
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Qualify leads and understand client needs to determine if they are a good fit for Pandektes’ solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified appointments.
Requirements
- Strong interest in business development and sales, particularly in the legal tech sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in German and/or French is highly advantageous for the Swiss market.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
