Job Overview
MakeWood is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Runner to fuel lead generation and early-stage sales activity across Dubai’s interior fit-out market. You’ll scout opportunities in residential and commercial spaces, build relationships with developers, brokers, and consultants, and coordinate initial meetings, site visits, and proposals that convert prospects into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients, developers, brokers, and consultants to generate new fit-out leads.
- Visit newly handed-over/ongoing buildings, business centers, and villa communities to source opportunities.
- Arrange client meetings, site inspections, and assist with proposal documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and site teams for materials/Client support when required.
- Maintain a structured database of leads, contacts, and follow-ups; track pipeline status.
- Represent MakeWood professionally with clients, consultants, and property managers.
Requirements
- Own visa (Freelancer/Spouse visa preferred) and valid UAE driving license.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai areas, communities, and real estate projects.
- Experience in fit-out/interiors/real estate/construction sales is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English or Hindi.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
