    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within climate action, environmental markets, and sustainability consulting.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
    • Present Climate Balanced’s portfolio of services, including carbon offset development and renewable energy certification.
    • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts for client engagements.
    • Contribute to the strategic growth and market positioning of Climate Balanced.
    • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in climate change and carbon markets.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in environmental services or consulting.
    • Solid understanding of climate change, GHG emissions, carbon markets, and sustainability concepts.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about environmental sustainability.
    • Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a strong asset.
