Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive significant market share growth.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new strategic partners including restaurants, supermarkets, and other service providers.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful partnership launches.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the e-commerce, delivery, or tech sectors.
  • Strong track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing complex business deals.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to build, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning to drive informed decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
