Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting across key e-commerce KPIs.
- Conduct deep dives into performance drivers such as pricing, promotions, bundles, merchandising, and media campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and provide insights on new vs returning customers, cohort performance, and retention trends.
- Support monthly forecasting cycles and provide demand planning insights, including historical trends, promotional uplift, and stock constraints.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to align forecast assumptions with business plans.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and actionable insights for business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 3–5 years of experience in BI/analytics in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong business mindset, able to connect metrics to commercial decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
