Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business development targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience (10+ years) in a business development or sales executive role, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the global recruitment landscape and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse portfolio of clients and prospects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory with extensive experience.
